Finance System Integration - Subscriptions & Invoices

We're working towards a more connected billing and subscription experience by integrating our dedicated finance system with the FireFront X production application.

This integration will connect FireFront X with our Invoice Ninja billing platform, helping organisations manage their subscription information and access financial records more conveniently.

Planned capabilities include:

• Subscription Overview: View current subscription plans, billing arrangements and relevant subscription information directly within FireFront X.
• Invoice Access: View invoice history, payment status and outstanding invoices without needing to navigate between separate systems.
• Billing Transparency: Provide clearer visibility into subscription charges, additional modules and applicable services.
• Automated Synchronisation: Keep relevant billing and subscription information aligned between FireFront X and our finance platform.
• Centralised Administration: Simplify subscription and account management for authorised organisation administrators.
