Retirement of Internal Incidents Platform

As FireFront X continues to evolve, we're reviewing our wider ecosystem to ensure every service delivers meaningful value without introducing unnecessary complexity.

As part of this process, we'll be retiring the standalone FireFront X Incidents platform

This decision allows us to streamline our infrastructure, reduce duplication and focus development resources on the core FireFront X platform and the integrations that matter most to our users.

What this means:

  • The standalone Incidents platform will be progressively decommissioned.
  • Any relevant data or operational dependencies will be reviewed before retirement.
  • The retirement will not affect FireFront X's existing core functionality.
  • Future incident-related capabilities will be evaluated based on genuine operational needs and opportunities to integrate with established specialist systems.

Our philosophy remains simple: complement existing operational tools, don't unnecessarily replace them.

By keeping our ecosystem focused, we can continue delivering a more reliable, sustainable and purpose-built platform for emergency services.
